Causapscal

In Causapscal, visit the Site historique Matamajaw, an ancient private club and the only historical place of its kind in Quebec. The permanent and temporary exhibitions, the audiovisual presentations and the interactive terminals will make you discover sport fishing as well as the life in a luxurious club dating back to the beginning of the 19^th century. You can also observe salmon in its natural habitat from a pit, and visit the handicraft and country products shop. Make sure you stop at the Maison Dr Joseph Frenette, a former country doctor who lived from 1866 to 1953.
