If you visit Saint-Ulric in fall, take the tourist route “Le Récit des Paysages”. The landscapes will tell you a story about some of the main attractions. You will discover the Maison d’art indiscipliné, the Blanche River, the parc des Rives, the church, the peat bog, the covered bridge, the chutes à Ti-Mé, the Moutonnoir (demonstration of sheep dogs) and windmills. With the site of Cap-Chat, Le Nordais is the largest windmill park in Canada and one of the most important ones in the world. You will find 57 horizontal axis windmills. This site produces 43 MW of electricity. Don’t miss the gingerbread house, which draws a large number of visitors.
