Grand Metis

If you visit the village of Grand-Métis, stop at the Reford Gardens, a genuine 42-acre plant paradise of some 3,000 indigenous and exotic plant species and varieties. On the site, discover the Estevan Lodge, a 37-room historical house that presents an exhibition on the history of the Lodge at the time of the Reford family. Every Sunday in summer, the lodge offers musical brunches and English tea parties. In summertime, don’t miss the International Garden Festival, a unique innovation forum on garden designs. The site is accessible from June to October and you will find, among others, a restaurant, a café-garden, picnic areas, a horticultural boutique and a handicraft shop.
