The réserve faunique de Matane comprises high mountains, deep valleys and rushing rivers. The scenery will simply take your breath away. One of the largest herds of moose lives on this territory. Several activities are organized to give you the opportunity to discover this Quebec's emblem: you can visit the interpretation centre, go on guided tours, walks and observation tours.

After your visit of this interpretation centre, you will know everything there is to know about moose! You will also discover tidal reservoirs and natural mineral sources that gush forth from the ground, which is a rare phenomenon in Quebec. Hikers will have the chance to walk along the Mont Blanc trail as well as the International Appalachian Trail where the scenery is grandiose.
