The fascinating art of weaving
The craft workers of Ateliers Plein Soleil invite you to discover the traditional art of weaving and sewing in the magnificent little town of Mont-Joli in Gaspésie. You will be able to appreciate the level of patience that these true artists have in order to make hand-knitted clothes and household linen such as table cloths, doilies and many more. Given that hand-woven products have been made in this same workshop since 1972, you are assured of finding high-quality and reliable merchandise inside the boutique. Also on the site, a weaving workshop museum will make you discover the important steps inside the traditional making of the cloths.
