Cap-des-Rosiers

It’s in Cap-des-Rosiers that you will find the highest lighthouse in the country, put on the historical register in 1977. This village is also the entryway to the Forillon National Park of Canada, which theme is “Harmony between man, water and land”, and where you will discover astonishing flora, geology and wildlife. Open year round, this park stretches 70 kilometres of hiking trails to make you discover grandiose landscapes. Take advantage of the warm season to go scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, go on a cruise, go sea kayaking, biking, horseback riding, play tennis or have a picnic! In winter, you can go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and winter camping.
