Gaspésie’s Major Attraction

The parc national de l’Île-Bonaventure-et-du-Rocher-Percé is a very popular park of the Gaspésie region. It is divided in three sectors: the historique Charles Robin sector, the île Bonaventure sector and the Rocher Percé sector. Each one of these sectors will make you discover the secret treasures it conceals.

In the first sector, an interpretation centre will make you discover the cultural and natural heritage of the region. You will also learn about the marine wildlife as well as about the behaviour of marine mammals and birds that live in the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

In the second sector, you will have the chance to participate in interpretation activities and to observe, of course, the numerous kinds of birds, like the Northern gannets, which form the largest colony in North America.

Finally, the Rocher Percé sector invites you, at low tide, to let the naturalist guides inform you about this imposing, yet fragile rock. Have a nice visit!
