Internationally-recognized holiday destination, Percé is one of the most beautiful villages in Quebec. You should not miss to visit Parc national de l'Île-Bonaventure-et-du-Rocher-Percé: a natural treasure of Quebec. Île Bonaventure is home to more than 250,000 birds including the most important colony of Northern gannets in the world. And the legendary Rocher-Percé which has always fascinated travellers and Percéens alike. Percé will charm the lovers of the great outdoors with hiking trails set on more than 50 kilometres throughout mountains and rivers, guided VTT tours, mountain tours and ornithological visits of the magnificent Barachois de Malbaie.

There are several activities you can do at sea and on the beaches: scuba diving, sea kayaking, whale watching, line fishing, lobster fishing discovery, taking a cruise in the Rocher-Percé and Île-Bonaventure areas, beach walking and collecting precious stones and shells on the beaches.

Percé is home to a flourishing artistic and cultural life since more than twenty places of diffusion and exhibitions present a variety of artistic disciplines. Sculptors, ceramists, potters, painters and jewellers will welcome you in their place of creation. The festive events and diverse performances will brighten your day whether it is with street entertainers at Espace culturel Suzanne Guité, shows at Vieille Usine de l'Anse-à-Beaufils or animated tours of the Historical General Store. You will thus have plenty of occasions to be entertained and enjoy the local culture. And keep some time for a bit of shopping since the many arts, crafts and souvenirs boutiques as well as galleries and workshop boutiques are there for great discoveries.
