In Eastern Canada, Mont-Saint-Pierre is the capital of hang gliding and paragliding, so multicoloured wings dress up its sky in summer. In July, the Fête du Vol Libre is an international gathering of hang glider and paraglider pilots. Several activities are offered in this village like sea kayaking, motorized ultra light, mountain biking, jetskiing, hiking, concerts and animation. This place is also the access to the parc national de la Gaspésie and the réserve faunique des Chic-Chocs.
